I admit that I've copied other artists' work without their permission. However, I have the decency to not take credit for the art, or post it here (or anywhere on the internet, for that matter). It makes me angry that people feel that they can try to justify art theft, when infact they are just ignorant. If ever, it would be a sad day if those people actually found satisfaction in their theivery.
